Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We do not deliver on Sundays, bank holidays, national holidays, or state-specific holidays. In such cases, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. In exceptional circumstances such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, accidents, or technical issues, delays may occur. We will make every effort to deliver your order as early as possible.

RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
You must raise a return or exchange request by emailing thottil.orders@gmail.comwithin 2 days of receiving your parcel. Based on eligibility, either reverse pick-up will be arranged, or you will be required to self-courier the parcel.
A. Reverse Pick-Up
Available at select pin codes. Parcels may take 10-15 days to reach us due to courier company policies. If reverse pick-up does not occur within 7 days of request, please email us at thottil.orders@gmail.com
B. Self-Courier
If reverse pick-up is unavailable, you must courier the parcel yourself.
- Mention your order number, name, and phone number clearly on the parcel.
- Ship the parcel within 3 days of raising concern and share the tracking ID with us. Proof of postage with tracking information must be obtained as we cannot be liable for loss or damage in transit. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
Once the parcel is received and inspected, we
will send an email confirming approval or rejection. If approved, refunds or
store credit will be processed, or the exchange item will be shipped.
RETURN OPTIONS
Exchange: Once approved, the requested exchange product will be shipped or store credit may be provided. Exchanges are allowed only once per order. Refunds are not applicable on exchanged orders.
